How much is shipping? Free on orders over $49. Below that, a flat shipping fee applies and is calculated at checkout.
How long until I get my order? Total time is typically 8-18 business days from order to delivery for most U.S. addresses.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), and U.S. territories.
Where is my tracking? You will get a shipping email with tracking when your order ships. Or use the Track Your Order page anytime.

At Cookku, we work hard to deliver your order safely, reliably, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains what to expect after you place an order — including processing times, delivery windows, costs, and how to handle any issues. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1 Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We also ship to:

  • APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We hope to expand in the future — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

2 Shipping Costs

Free U.S. Shipping on every order over $49. For orders below $49, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — no surprise fees after.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery to all U.S. addresses, including Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, and military addresses.

Tip: Stack a few items into one order to qualify for free shipping. The cart shows you exactly how much more you need to add.
3 Order Processing Time

After your payment is confirmed, our team prepares your order for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Processing may take slightly longer during:

  • Major sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season)
  • U.S. federal holidays
  • Unforeseen disruptions affecting our fulfillment partners

If your order is taking longer than expected to ship, we will email you with an update.

4 Estimated Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days after your order has been shipped.

5 Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable U.S. carriers to deliver your order:

The carrier assigned to your order depends on the destination, package size, and weight. You will receive the specific carrier and tracking details once your order ships.

6 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update after shipment — this is normal as carriers process the package through their systems.

You can track your order anytime on our Track Your Order page using your tracking number.

7 Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • U.S. federal holidays or peak shopping seasons
  • Carrier capacity issues or operational delays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Failed delivery attempts

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@cookku.com and we will investigate immediately.

8 Address Changes & Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we begin processing immediately to get it to you faster.

Need to change your address?

Email us at support@cookku.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The corrected shipping address

After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and the address cannot be changed.

Wrong address returns: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer is responsible for any reshipping costs in this case.
9 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing:

  • Check with neighbors and household members
  • Look around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, garage)
  • Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered before they actually arrive

If you still cannot locate it, email us at support@cookku.com with your order number, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

If your package arrives damaged:

We are sorry that happened. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Pro tip: If the package looks damaged on arrival, take photos before opening it. This helps us process your claim faster with the carrier.
10 Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Refused delivery by the recipient
  • Failure to retrieve from a carrier hold location after multiple attempts

The package will be returned to us. We will contact you to either arrange reshipment (customer pays reshipping cost) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs.

11 P.O. Boxes & Restrictions

Most of our products can be shipped to P.O. Boxes. However, large or heavy items may require a residential or business street address. If we cannot ship to your P.O. Box, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

12 Order Confirmation & Communication

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation email — sent immediately after checkout
  • Shipping confirmation email — sent when your order ships, with tracking number
  • Delivery notification — when your package is delivered

13 Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your state. If your local law gives you stronger protection than this policy, those local rights apply.
