Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7-15 business days across the U.S. mainland.
Hawaii, Alaska, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) typically take a few extra days. See our Shipping Policy for the full breakdown.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii), U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), and military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO).
We do not ship internationally at this time. Sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when international shipping becomes available.
How much is shipping?
Free U.S. shipping on every order over $49. For orders below $49, a flat shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track anytime on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information may take 1-3 business days to update after shipment — this is normal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing support@cookku.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed — but you can still return it after delivery under our 14-day return policy.
Why is my order shipped in multiple packages?
To get items to you faster, we sometimes ship orders from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order contains multiple items. Don't worry — you are only charged once at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not happy, email support@cookku.com within 14 days to start a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We are sorry that happened. Email support@cookku.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. For low-value items, we often skip the return shipment entirely.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Who pays for return shipping?
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping with a prepaid label.
For change-of-mind returns (item is fine, you just changed your mind), the customer pays return shipping.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to swap an item is to place a new order for what you want, then start a return on the original. You will get the new item faster and a refund on the original once we receive it back.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We never see or store your full credit card information on our servers.
When will I be charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon order confirmation. You will receive an email receipt with your order details right away.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law. You will see the exact amount before completing your order.
Products & Quality
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All Cookku products come with a 1-year quality guarantee against manufacturing defects. Combined with our 14-day return window, you can shop with confidence.
To file a warranty claim, email support@cookku.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
How do I know which size or model to choose?
Each product page includes detailed specifications, dimensions, and a size guide where applicable. If you are still unsure, email support@cookku.com — we are happy to help you choose the right one.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Most popular items are restocked regularly. If a product is sold out, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page and we will email you the moment it is available again.
Are products food-safe / BPA-free?
Yes. Our kitchenware and baby-feeding products are made with food-safe, BPA-free materials. Specific certifications and material details are listed on each product page.
Account & Support
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you track orders easily, save shipping addresses, and access exclusive deals — but it is optional.
How do I contact customer support?
Email us anytime at support@cookku.com or use our Contact form. We respond within 24 hours, Monday through Friday.
I did not receive an order confirmation email — what now?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, email us with the email and approximate date of your order and we will look it up.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, we work with a limited number of retail and wholesale partners. Email support@cookku.com with details about your business and we will get back to you within 2 business days.
